★★★★★

“After completing my 10-series with Hannah prior to my Wildland Fire season, I was more in tune with my body, I stood straighter, and could hike quicker with less pain. Hannah's space was very clean and inviting, her work left me feeling better after each session and her professionalism kept me coming back. I would absolutely 10/10 recommend SLC Rolfing to anyone seeking improvement with aches/pains or general body mechanics, Hannah is your girl!”

Mary Phillips
CERTIFIED ADVANCED ROLFER®

Mary Phillips

Mary has practiced Rolfing since 2003, bringing a lifelong curiosity about movement to her work. Her background in ballet and contact improvisation dance shaped her appreciation for the many ways a body can organize, adapt, and express itself.

Four summers as a river guide in Moab deepened her understanding of physical limits and the rhythms of the natural world. That perspective continues to inform a practice grounded in observation, responsiveness, and respect for each person’s experience.

Mary focuses on structural relationships and freeing movement patterns—helping you explore what becomes possible when your body has more options.

★★★★★

“Mary is simply the best. Her 10 part rolfing sessions helped me to be able to run and jump rope, where I haven't been able to comfortably do those activities for 10 years. She's skilled, professional, and incredibly positive. I highly recommend her.”
